Will surprise with cameras
Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge, an ultra-thin flagship (only 5.8 mm) that promises powerful cameras, almost as good as the Galaxy S25 Ultra. According to Gizmochina, the new product will receive a 200-megapixel main camera with a 1/1.3-inch ISOCELL HP2 sensor – the same as the S25 Ultra.
The 12MP ultra-wide camera (1/2.55-inch sensor) will likely be identical to the S25 and S25+, but will be inferior to the 50MP Ultra Wide camera. The 12MP front camera (S5K3LU, 1/3.2-inch sensor) is consistent with the entire S25 lineup.
The Galaxy S25 Edge, with a titanium frame and a 6.7-inch AMOLED display (1440p, 120Hz), is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite. It will launch on May 13 at an online event, with sales starting in Korea and China on May 23, and in the US on May 30. It will cost around $1,099.
