The key feature is the exclusive mode, which provides up to 400% pedal support. The new eMTB+ mode balances between the economical eMTB and the maximum power of Race, adapting to the riding style. Sensors measuring the pedal force 1000 times per second guarantee an instant response of the motor. The motor weighs only 2.7 kg, making it one of the lightest in the Bosch line.
Motor settings can be customized via the eBike Flow app, allowing riders to tailor the modes to their needs. The CX-R will debut in the fall of 2025 on top-end eMTB models from leading brands.
